Sir, Can I get further promotion against violated G.O. in qualification while giving promotion by the department (Chennai Corporation).Council have the right to promote any one by the way of Bye-law of commitee without grant from Government. They are changing bye law often to favour one of them.Kindly reply soon with Ur Phone Number in chennai.
