Do I get Salary if I met an leg-fracture accident in company

I work in production/packaging department of company which deals in mart business. 3 weeks ago I met an accident at company where I fell from a height of 10ft ladder, causing me 2 month fracture and complete bedrest.
So during this 2month when i'm home under bedrest, shall I be getting my salary ?
As this accident happened inside company premises, I feel like i should be compensated as my company lacked safety features during the initial days of their setup.
