Dismissed from job review is pending should I attend office
17-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
In the dismissal letter by the disciplinary authority, they gave opportunity to appeal within 45 days to the appellate authority. They did not mention anything about attending to the office by me. Orally I was advised not to come to office. Above that there is review authority.Till that time, can I attend to the office as I understand that since they gave opportunity to appeal. What should I do?
in this case you need to hire a good lawyer as from the very beginning you should be strong with your litigation part. You can abstain from going office as they have not mentioned explicitly. You can also go through their terms and policy during this period and act accordingly.
