If any case is registered against you then u r bound to mention it as it is mandatory however suppressing this material information with respect to your past criminal record will perse disqualifies you from appearing in any examination in future, however as per the information given by you the offences which were registered against you were under section 294 and section 506 of IPC and as per the judgement passed by the Honorable apex court the case of Mehar Singh and further confirmed in the case of Avtar Singh the offences which you have mentioned does not Falls within the purview of moral turpitude so there will not be any problem for you so instead of suppressing the aforesaid information you should mention it in the examination form and the judgement passed by the Honorable apex court in the case of mehar Singh will not come in your way
