Didn't got my full and final settlement
10-Oct-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned from my position on January 1st 2024, and according to company policy, the settlement should have been processed within 45 days. I was on payroll of Teamlease and working for IBM. I have mailed multiple time to both Teamlease and IBM. Teamlease is saying PO is pending from IBM and IBM is saying talk to Teamlease. It's been 10months now still no response from them. Can you help me on this
Well, you need to send them a Legal Notice under the concerned provisions of the Recovery Laws in India. If things won't get sorted out of Legal Notice, then, you can file a Civil as well as a Criminal Case.
