Did not receive full and final settlement from my employer

I am a software employ. After resigning from my past company, I didn't received my financial settlement. what can i do to settle my dues now.
Dear, in case if your F&F settlements were not done even after your resignation please be informed that you have an option to send a gentle reminder through E-mail or register post acknowledgement due to your ex-employer regarding your dues and spread sheet indicting on which ground/area you were entitled to. Please do all correspondence with your ex-employer in writing. In case if they are not responding to your request send legal notice substantiating your claim/due. Good Luck.
