Did not complete my training for pilot how can I recover my money back
12-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I am commercial pilot. My previous aske had offered me a job and the training cost to become pilot in their fleet they asked me to pay 22lakh which included everything training boarding lodging and they didn't complete my training, as per the civil aviation regulations if candidate is not upto the standards they can be given additional training and brought upto the standards. My employer discriminated me because I was the only female in that batch, asking me to pay additional lodging cost. They didn't complete my training and I was issued discontinuation letter. Can I get the money back?
If your training for the pilot was not completed, you can claim for refund.
You can file a recovery suit in the competent civil court to recover you fees. You need to send them a legal notice to refund you the amount. If they fail to do so, you can initiate a recovery suite against them.
