Denying leave, workload of two people, derogatory comments

25-Jul-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I work for a PSU bank. My team had two members and one person went on maternity leave and I have been working two people's job for 5 months now and I am being denied of leaves and my higher officials are making derogatory comments on whenever I talk about excess workload. I had 3 mental breakdowns at office in last two months because of severe stress & anxiety for which I am being shamed and called names like unprofessional, overly sensitive and weak. What legal step I can take in this case?

Dear sir
I would suggest, we send a Legal Notice to your employer and the people involved in defaming you and giving you a hard time (unhealthy working environment) and call upon them in the notice to sanction your leaves or we drag them to the court of law. You may consult me in that regard.
