Delay in receiving salary what can I do

I worked with company in gurgaon and I completed 50 days but they did not give my salary and now they are giving only date but not salary . Due to financial problem I am facing problem. They harrased me mentaly and financial so I want to get my salary with reimbursement legally.
You have not given any other details like notice period, whether you left your job on your own or the company terminated your services. However, assuming that all these details are in your favour you can file a case with Asst Labour Commissioner who will try a conciliation between you and the company and if the conciliation cannot be arrived at then he will refer the matter to a labour court.

Two options are there for you. First you can file a suit before civil court for recovery of your salary. Second since you didn't provide any detail about your company but if it falls in Punjab shops and commercial and commercial establishment act then under that also the same can be filed and this option is faster than filing suit
