Delay by company to release my provident fund amount

I had working with the company by ENGINEERING COMPANY was situated in Balanagar Hyderabad has ben shut down few years ago. my actual provident fund in about 13 years. but the provident fund department is delaying to release my fund, I have full document with me about 13 years fund but the department is saying they can give only two to three years. for which i want legal help from ur side

Yes you are entitled to providential fund of 13 yrs .if they disagree to pay we can file a civil suit and get money recover it will take only few time.no worries just I need to go through your documents so that I can get the exact picture we can work out

file a petition under Right to Information Act, for providing the details about your Provident Fund Account, before the Public Provident Fund Department.

After getting the details revert back with complete details for further advise ...
