maine ek company me 2.5 years kam kiya and resign diya kuch reason se but company meri salary hold kr li original document nhi de rahe hai then maine sari situation whatsapp status pr lga diya ab company kh rhi h mafi mangne pr vo document denge otherwise defamation case lgayege mere upar.. i want to know defamation case is valid in this situation?
first you have to file a case against them to not give salary to you before the appropriate authority and for your better understanding file. a case of defamation is easy but contesting it is very tough
