Deduction of the HRA amount from the salary breakage

29-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am an Architect working for a company Unibim Services Pvt. Ltd., Gota. But I am deployed on-site in another company in Bangkok, Thailand since November 2015. As per the contract/appointment letter they said to pay for the first 4 weeks of my Accomodation only. But since the beginning they have been deducting my HRA from my salary breakage. Now it has been six months and they are asking me to produce the Rent bills and they will reimburse which is quite a less amount. But as per my contract they should be paying my HRA from the Salary Brekage.

It all depends on the Agreement you signed. if the company itself has issued an offer letter, then the company is responsible for paying the salary agreed. first of all you has to have a strong proof of employment in the organisation in any form as the organ may even refuse of yourr working with them if the employee legally proceeds.
