Current university not considering my earlier services & GPF account.

respected sir, I m presently working as a senior lecturer in pratibha niketan mahavidyalaya aided college, in Nanded Maharashtra, sir I had joined present college on 9th march 2009, earlier I was with pragati college dombivali, Thane, Maharashtra since 28th july 2001. in that college i had GPF account (pensionable). ileft that college and instantly joined present college in nanded in 2009. Sir the management of present college is not ready to count my earlier services and even they are not considering my GPF account. even they had forcefully taken affidavit from me stating that earlier services are not counted. Sir i m at present suffering from financial loss as well as im not able to get pension after retirement. kindly give me proper guidance. thanking you sir yours faithfully
was working for a hospital in marketing sector. I Left the organisation on 23 rd of November but submitted my resignation through mail on 15 of November. And I was in a probationary period. It was only four months I worked for the organization. And I had stated in my resignation mail that I was ready to serve the notice period of one month but they relieved me after the 8 days of submitting my resignation. And it has been 45 days I haven't received my full n final settlement and am I entitled to one month's compensation as they have relieved me before serving the notice period
