How can we challenge the illegal regularization of Contract Residential Teachers (CRTs) in ITDA Paderu, where fake documents claim recruitment through DSC despite no official notifications, violating Act 30’s cutoff date of 02/06/2014? Should a government employee take this to court or ACB? Can we file against the regularization process, which ignored the 3660/2024 court judgement and G.O. (Annexure II, 9th point) regarding pending legal issues?
