Conviction in criminal case and Govt service

If a person (Govt Employee) is convicted in a criminal case with punishment of judicial custody till court is adjourned(nyayalay uthane tak )and fine of 5000/- Can the govt employee be removed/dismissed from the service.

Well, if FIR has been lodged against you, then by looking at the contents of FIR and Sections under which you have been charged in a Criminal Case, I can tell you, whether you can be removed from your service or not!
