Contractual job rights for employees as per law

I have been working with org from last 9 years with every 3 years contract. we have got the LOI pror one prior. this time no information is given and company has not renewed old employee this year.
what is it a private organisation or govt. I either case you have a right to be considered before the other employment comes in . so if company sack you guys .. you can challange that in court that it is inaapropriate and arbitrary.
