Consequences of breaking an employment bond in probation period

I joined an organization 2 months back and there is a bond of Rs. 10,000 for 6 months employment, but the work culture is very bad and there is no growth prospect. I am under probation period and now I have resigned after 1 day . And I don't want to pay the bond amount. Please help me what to do?
First of all you are bound by d bond which has been executed by you and secondly the work culture is not good snt perse sufficient reason to leave the job and you have left d job without assigning any proper reason however if they are not taking work from you for which you were employed and if you prove that there was cogent reason for you to leave the job then the pre condition of bond will not come in your way
