Completed work in my company but F and F not paid till date what to do

Hai...I worked for one company and completed my resignation process and but they dint pay my F & F till now...its. 5 months completed after my reliveing from office.please let me knw wat can I do.
You can issue a legal notice to them for paying the fue benefits from thr company if at all they dont pay or reply to the notice file a suit to claim the same with proofs.you can slso lodge a police complaint against the company for the same and file a criminal case for the same
