Completed all formalities but did not inform manager refusing my dues

07-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Hi, I gave resignation, notice period and filled all the documents of exit formality except informing my manager before leaving. For that reason my CEO says I'm absconded and do not deserve any salary. Still they are giving me half of my actual due. Is that correct lawfully that I can't get my full payment, or do I still can get it fully. Please guide me. It's been 8 months.

If you have given proper notice in writing and served your notice period, then all your dues should be paid to you by a full and final settlement. If the company is refusing to do so, issue a legal notice to them. If still the company does not relent your only option would be to approach the courts for recovery.
