Complaint for collecting notice pay amount under probation period.

my worked under PSU under defence sector. he resigned from the service before completion of my probation period.. they charged me around Rs 69000. But in appointment order they are not saying about notice pay under probation.. they mentioned about notice pay after the confirmation only.. If they would have mention abt notice pay under probation.. he may not joint that company he paid a notice pay & relived from company...bcz of his health condition. Shall i file a case against that company? pls help me in this matter.

Usually the companies would say that they will give some training for which they have to spend some money .So if the candidate attended the training and relieving means they would ask you to pay the amount .according to you there is no such statement has been mentioned in the appointment order.So,you have the right to file the case against the false statement and illegal activity.
