Complaint against employer for not giving relieving letter

22-Aug-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have worked for this company for 11 months the company terminated me stating i was doing dual employment. whereas i had taken up on a project in my personal capacity which was not related to company (i was not employed with the other company it was a project or side hustle) my issue is not about the termination but the company is denying me my pay slips and not providing relieving letter

Hello. If your employer has. Terminated you from service the he has to settle the matter with full and final settlements along with reliving letter so that you can join any other company . If company is denied to do so then need to issue legal notice to them
