Compensation to employee on closing down the office

We are closing down our office due to financial problm. What would be compensation/extra payment to be paid to administration person who is working with us past 20 years.?

As the amount of retrenchment benefits is not set by law, you should check your employment contract or collective agreement (for unionised companies) for retrenchment benefits or compensation.also you can have a talk with all these people and can reach on a mutual agreement.
