Compensation job in sbi. In 2006 compensation job stopped,in 2014 i

My dad worked as SBI manager. Unfortunately he met with an accident in 2006 on duty may 23rd.In 2006 there is no compensation job as sbi official said. So we prefer excratia amount. But in 2014 again back revoke the compensation job for 2006 year also. But no one given any information to us. we not submitted the application for job at that time as they said there is no provision for job 2006. But we came to know this all in 2024. Now my age is 40y.Can I complain against the bank. procedure pleas
hi first need to see whether the bank authorities had refused the compassionate appointment and if yes the reason mentioned in it and if they are not considering the case then you could approach court for relief
