Compensation for in human behavior at work place

I was scheduled to work on night shifts alone, despite a incident of hospitalisation for breathlessness issue. May raise the issue for compensation for in human behaviour and health issues.
You can make request or complaint to the administration in relation to your grievances and as far as compensation is concerned one can claim compensation under The Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 if one has suffered an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, resulting into (i) death, (ii) permanent total disablement, (iii) permanent partial disablement, or (iv) temporary disablement whether total or partial, or has contracted an occupational disease.
