I am an employee of Singareni collieries Company Limited, I was medically invalidated from my services due to complete hearing loss and company says that since I have a leftover service of less than 2 years it is not possible to give compassionate employment to my dependent. I have challenged the decision of the company in the honorable High Court of Telangana.honorable High Court has passed order to classify the employees according to section 9.4.0 of NCWA-VI.since the nature of the disability I am facing is permanent in nature and it also comes under occupational disease.so plz help me
you once again approach High Court for pending issues related to disability you can get 2 years arrears from the Court if an opportunity is given I will fine writ petition in the High Court
