Company took money and promised job but did not fulfill promise

Dear sir sir i was worked in one pvt ltd company as a marketing executive in that company md promising to the candidate for giving a job in outer area with staying place and gud salary and but taking the money from candidates 35000 per our company md sending the canditates for job outer but that candidates not getting all facility and sal .... i was posted in naukri that this company was fake now that company filed the company against me.... for in cybercrime .... i have call record (proof) of 2 or 3 candidates of who asking the refund money i want to file the case against company ...

getting money for providing employment is purely depends upon the agreement between the company and its job seekers. being a marketing executive, you are only representing your company so you need not worry about the money claims. but without any proper agreement, getting money from job seekers is nothing but an cheating and liable to be prosecuted before the eye of law. you should ascertain the actual status of the company whether they are having any statutory registrations to collect money from its job seekers. otherwise you can lodge a counter complaint against the company along persons those who were paid and cheated with available proof of evidence.
