Company terminating service bond before expiry what action can I take

20-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi Sir, I signed a service agreement on 16th September 2015 with my employer stating that employer agrees to employ me for a minimum period of 2 years. However, now they are saying the contract is coterminous as i am working on client site and will end on 8th July 2016. Please assist in my future course of action.

Your employment in the private company is governed by you employment agreement. If there is a clause in the agreement that the employer can terminate the employment before two years then the employer can do so. If there is no such clause in the employment agreement then you cannot get reinstated but you can claim compensation from the employer.
