Company terminated services on taking maternity leave what to do

Am working in proprietorship firm from 2011 (more then 05 years) but due to my pregnancy take a six month leave but the company not provided maternity leave and when will call company for joining then they reply find a new job, can we fight with my company.

yes absolutely u can fight
first you issue rejoining letter
if they are failed then you issue legal notice to company.
and then filed complaint against them for M.R.T.U. AND P.U.L.P. ACT means unfair labour practice.
you also claim regular employee i.e. permanency and full back wages.
cause you are also completed your 240days in year and continue in 5 years.
