Company terminated me without notice and now asking for 3.5l

Company terminated me without notice, they gave joining bonus and i have completed one year as per the company policy. Now, they have sent a legal notice and asking me to pay 3.5 lakhs (including 18% interest). please guide me.
You give a reply that notice and file a cade against the company for compensation etc., consult and get eminent reply to that notice and file suit. Consult and discuss more , if you have appointment letter etc., consult.
