Company terminated for working outside company what can I do
26-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have worked for IT Company from 27th July, 2015. I have worked on outside project at home given by my friend. I haven't worked on any ouside project in office time. I was unaware about policy of working outside and its not mentioned in my appointment letter or offer-letter as well. Company know about this and terminated on same day without any document. They say, they will blacklist me so that no other company accept me. My career and life will destroy. I have requested many times that will not happen again, but no one listened. I am so depressed. Please help.

Immediately you file complaint against Opposite party in labor Court and challenging to termination.
You should be file 156 (3) in chif judiciary Magistrate Court against company director.
