Company terminated because of COVID-19

I am seeking your advice on my job. I should say ex- Job. actually my Joining date was 16th March 2020 and we have received an offer letter and appointment latter too. we all are on the training period but due to COVID -19 training would not happen. and we went office on daily basis till 20th March 2020. after lockdown, our company sent a message for that " they said our batch is scrapped due to COVID-19" and after that, we have received a resignation email from my company. My company terminated 93 employees due to only COVID-19 without any prior notice and period.

hello once you have been appointed and you joined the service company can not terminate you because of covid19 as it is a pandemic. you should send a legal notice to the employer to call back the notice of illegal termination and demand salary as per the appointment letter because government has given guidelines that employer can not deduct the salary
