Please share the employment agreement signed by with the employer company. What legal grounds do you have to show that the resignation tendered by you to the Company was on genuine grounds. Also please mention in detail as to what was the reason.

You don't really have any. You're bound by terms of the employment agreement and since you've agreed to serve notice period before resigning the co., you've to go by that. Hence, the only option for you is to buy out your notice period for 15 days.

Dear Client,

You will be completely governed by the terms of your appointment agreement condition. I don't think so there is anything which can help you as you are legally wrong, either you serve your notice period or you can buy out that notice period of 15 days.

However if you join somewhere else and does not want to show this experience, there are less chances that any one will ever know this in future but this world is a small place. It's completely upto you to take this chance or not, but in any case this is not advisable. If you need any further legal advice in this regard. Feel free to contact.
