COmpany remived name from payroll how to rejoin

Dear sir, i am worked at manappuram finance ltd as a Junior assistant. But i was ill suffering from thyfiod fever since last 2 month.than i am not attend the me duty. So my company was removed my name to its payroll.Campany was posted to letters for rejoining to me. But letters not recived me on that date Which calling to me rejoining. Now me fitt nd send to medical certificates to company but they are not rejoining to me. So i am request to u that plz solve my problem.
Come and meet me along with your whole document , company letter and your medical certificate. We are go labour tribunal , I assured you got justice . How many years you service in your company , there is no problem

Send them a legal notice asking to forthwith let you rejoin the job, incase they don't filed a suit for breach of contract against them. But before doing any of it, pls read your letter of employment/agreement of employment and read about the leave rules which cover you.
