Company refusing to pay gratuity after job termination.What can I do?

Hi i m working with a company for last 10 years now due to certain hot conversations with management company is terminated me for my job and also put as i did something unethical and unlawful in my job with intention to gain illegally as my company is working in stock market. Ans also they are putting 5 year non compete clause which is 6 months in my offer letter.i want to take my experience letter and gratuity from the company . Please suggest me what to do?

Gratuity Act, Amendment, Acts, Eligibility, Abstract, benefits. Gratuity Act is a statutory benefit paid to the employees who have rendered continuous service for at least five years. It is a lump sum amount paid to an employee based on the duration of his total service. File a recovery suit against them, trace their contact details online. We need proof of your employment like joining letter or email communication with respect to the same.
