Company refused to give documents how to recover

I am working in an organisation from last 18 months i resigned my company on 17 oct i told em that i am unable to serve notice period dur to some family problems and I'm open for notice payout but today on 19 oct they blocked my accounts and refuse to give any documents like relieving letter or experience letter and the hr of the company misbehaved with me when i ask her for alternates I don't know what to do now as i get out of my senses now
One you have resigned the the company cannot stop you and cannot refuse you to give the documents. you can send them a notice to recover it and if you find no reply you may file a case in the labour court against the company.

Dear client, make a police complaint against the company, no body can take your documents forcefully, also mentioned the list of the documents which are with the company, if possible make an allegation against the company that they have taken your passport also, because it is a serious crime and police can register a criminal case against them.
