Company not updating Pf and Pension amount

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that my Pf and Pension amount is yet not updated by my previous company- Live Digital Pvt LTD which is situation at D- 5 logix infotech park 2 nd floor Noida,
They are not interested to update Pf amount
Below are the pending months,
Mar-2018
Apr-2018
Sep-2018
Oct-2018
Nov-2018
Dec-2018
Jan-2019
So kindly suggest me what should I do I have sent many mails to company and called multiples times but they blocked me and not giving any revert.

It is advised to send them a legal notice for the same stating specifically about your earlier mails and remainders and further that in spite of long follow-up the company concerned person/authority is not updating your p.f..
