Company not releasing variable pay nothing mentioned in co. policy

23-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Dear Concern, I was working with Orient Electric and appointment letter contains a component of variable pay, but company has not paid the variable pay to me saying that you should have worked till 31st March 2017, but the same was not mentioned in the offer letter. It is simply mentioned as per the company policy. Please suggest if I can file a case in labour court.

Yes you can approach the labour tribunal for redressal of your grievances. Also, you will have to send a legal notice to the said employer and if he denies to comply with the same, then you can initiate civil court proceedings of recovery against the said employer.
