Company not releasing my full and final settlement amount

My compay-private firm is based out of Bangalore whilst I handle Mumbai operations.I was asked to resign with 1 day of notice period,without giving me a 1 month notice salary and now my F&F dues and settlement dt comprises of my working Feb salary and travel expenses have not been cleared.Unnecessary issues are being pointed out post my Last workng day to stall my F&F further causing mental harrasement,although all company collaterals are handed over.How should I get my F&F dues recovered?
Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
