Company not releasing F&F, what can be done?

I was working with Huawei as area manager at Orissa. I was severance from company on last 20th January without​any prior intimation.but now company is delaying to provide my f&f by saying that there was no NOC provided by me from distributiors,so we can't give you f&f.When I asked distributors for this ,they r telling that they have already resigned from distribution of Huawei,so they will not give it. Plz tell me what can I do

As a matter of course, please send a written notification to Huawei stating the fact that the distributors are not in a position to send the NOC, and that there has already been a delay in the completion of your full and final settlement post the severance. If they fail to respond, you could follow it up with a legal notice to Huawei calling upon them to make the payment due to you.
