Company not providing relieving and FNF
16-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, what can I do if the company is not providing relieving and FNF? My two months worth of salary is pending, total somewhere around 1.5 lacs.
Context: I resigned on July 13th and the company accepted the resignation but they were forcing me to continue working upto August 31. But after mentioning that as per contract I am only liable to work for 1 month since the acceptance of my resignation, hence my last day is Aug 12th. The company did not reply on the email thread for affirming this. After this my goals were adjusted to meet timeline of Aug12th and I provided daily updates to my manager. Aug 10, handover of my project was completed under supervision of my manager and project lead. But on last day my manager denied signing on my exit form, stating that I was supposed to complete the project till August 31st. Now, the company HR is also not intervening and stating that for FNF my manager should approve my exit. My manager, company director are in email and no one is helping out.
