Company not providing F&F and Relieving letter

04-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
DEar lawyer, I was working with one company in Gurgaon as manager operations. I worked for 2 yrs and seven month. The company was losing the business and hence I decided to change the job. The company was not paying dues on time and last two salaries company paid in cash in denomination of 500 and 1000 INR. When I left my salary for one month was due with the company. I served Notice for 15 days and written an E-mail to the HR, that in case of any recovery, I will pay my dues and will collect relieving and experience letter. But the company is not providing the F&F and relieving letter. Kindly guide how to proceed further. it is almost now 2.5 year old case.

Dear Client,

You would be required to serve a legal notice to the company, claiming for the Full and Final settlement of dues as well as for the collection of relieving letter as well as the experience letter. If they fail to comply the said notice within the time frame, then a case would be filed against the company and along with the above the compensation for the mental harassment would claimed.

In case you want to proceed ahead in the matter do feel free to contact.

Regards.
