Company not paying Full and final Payment, what legal action to take?

Respected sir, sorry to disturb you..... my friend worked in A B.P.O for one year then after completing one year when she wanted to leave that job for joining a new company, firstly she gave a resignation letter...and completed all her formalities to leave the job... but the owner of the company didn't gave her resign ....her dad is very sick...... she don't have money ....she is alone daughter at her home.......she want her salary and PF money from the company and she have to leave the company.......sir please help me.........what to do so that they'll give her the salary ..she was a very hardworking agent in that B.P.O....
Did you enter into an employment contract with your employer? If yes, then do share the details because it would contain a clause regarding resignation and payment of salary in lieu of notice period. If not, then you should immediately send a legal notice to your employer and demand payment of your dues and if your company then fails to pay then you can approach the appropriate labour court for redressal.
