Company not paying deposited money even after maturing date what to do

my company deposit matured on 2015 even if company not paying me money till the date please do need full in this case i am ready to pay deposit % on getting my fund.
You can send a legal notice to your employer demanding the payment of the deposit, if he still denies to comply to the same then you can file a recovery suit against him in the civil court.
