Company not paying 6 months dues

Worked for one company as Consultant during July 2018 to July 2020. Company (based in Kolkata & Gurgaon) is not paying my remuneration and per diem since Sep 2019. Please suggest for legal course of action.

Send them a legal notice to clear the outstanding dues and if they do not oblige, then file a complaint before the labour commissioner. The notice should contain all the details of the job, leaving job, notice period served, etc.

You need to immediately send a legal notice for recovery of arrears of your salary. And if the company does not respond to it or act accordingly then you may move to court for the ultimate relief alongwith the interest and damages. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
