Company not paid 1 month salary & PF amount

Hello, I left my previous job by serving notice official notice period of 3 months as per company policy. As per company policy 1st month of notice period salary was put on hold and company will pay that amount after 45 days of releasing company in form of FNF (Full And Final Settlement). But now around 4 months over I didn't receive my 1 months salary ie FNF. Also company not depositing PF amount to my PF account, almost around 12 months of PF amount is not deposited. I have called HR and finance management person of company but they didn't respond me well & gives false promise. please guide me what should I do to get FNF amount.
With reference to the above statement, Getting on PF is your legal rights, you have to get that write an email to HR department if they are not answering then you have to consult with an advocate to get proper advice.
