Company not making full payment after resignation, please advise

Hi I was working with Unitech Ltd around 2.5 years and resigned on July 2015. Almost 1.5 year passed but I have not received my FnF amount inspite of my various follow ups over the mails and telephonic. Please help me to recover my dues.
Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or if you do not receive any proper response from them then you can drag them to the competent court of jurisdiction for your FNF.
