Company not giving me correct documents what to do

my company is not giving me the correct documents ( experience letter ) can i file case at labour court?
You should initially send them a legal notice asking for your proper relieving before approaching the court in actual. If they makes a proper response to that then your issue will get resolved there itself. Otherwise at the time of approaching the court you will be able to show that you did made an attempt to get the issue resolved by way of out of court.
