company not giving FNF from last 4 months

Hi sir, i wanted to ask you one thing is that my ex company is not giving salary from a last 4 month ago, when i left that company then they told us we will give your pay after 45 days but till now i couldn't get anything, so plz help me on that with a professional way.
you shall file a petition in the labour comissionar for non payment of salary . othrewise made a compalint to the inspector under the payment of wages act 1936 against your employer . you can also file a complaint in labour tribunal under section 33 of industrial dispute act 1947.
