Company not giving experience letter

Hello Guys, my question about experience letter , i am working with my current company with last 6years, and now i want to leave company because i find new job, company told me to serve 30 days notice period, and i agreed to serve 25 days notice period and i served it successfully, but now company told me that we are not issuing experience letter we are only issue reliving letter, and now they force me to complete 30 days, after 30 days they issue me a experience letter, so any company can force employee to serve 30days notice period, i have already serve 25days, plz guide me

What was your designation in that company? However you can file suit for issuing experience certificate as well as you due amount in the court. You must give your representation in writing to issue experience certificate as per commitment of the company.Then initiate legal action against your company.
