Company not giving bonus what can be done

I worked in a Company from July 2015 to October 2016 for 15 months. Is am i eligible for getting the Bonus from the Company? The company is not giving if i am eligible to receive the bonus what legal action I can take? Please help me. Regards
e suggest that you should send them a legal notice thereby challenging their termination on the ground of discrimination and seek compensation . Further you can file a writ petition thereby seeking infringement of fundamental rights
